[usage] 1.Trim the two filament ends to be connected.
2.One end is threaded from the big end of the filament welder to the tail mark.
3.The other end passes 1 - 2mm from the small head.
4.Burn with fire for 5 - 7 seconds. (this time, it is mainly used for ordinary flat plate and abdominal muscle. Other hard filaments should be slightly longer.)
5.Then slowly push the filament from the small end to the small hole of the big end (it must not be fast).
6.When the joint is exposed, slowly pull back and forth several times.
7.After the filament is completely cooled, the filament will be pushed out from the small end until it can be easily trimmed.
8.Test results after repair (carefully bend joint - straighten - straighten).
9.If you hear a clear sound, we need to weld again.
10.Loosen the bolt at one end of the waist groove, take out the filament, and assemble the filament welder for next use.
[precautions] 1.The more filament is used, the more serious the final bending is and the stronger the rebound strength is. Therefore, in front of the fire with a finger stability, this can improve the success rate. 2.Filaments of different materials are different. The harder the material is, the longer the burning time is. Don't wait until the end of the filament is close to the extruder.
